What are the main differences between the apartment type?

1 bedroom:

12 x A (standard)

2 x D (premium)

1 x E (superior)

2 bedroom:

12 x B (standard)

1 x F (premium)

3 bedroom:

1 x C (standard)

They all have a lounge with: sliding windows onto a private terrace with sea views, dining area with tiled table and 4 chairs, armchair, coffee table, and a single sofa-bed.

Where is my apartment located within the building?

A and B are on ground, 1st and 2nd floor, and all get some sun.

C: 2nd floor, facing south.

D: 1st or 2nd floor, facing south and east.

E: 1st floor, facing south and west

F: ground floor, facing west.

How big is the terrace?

A, B, C and F terraces are 7 square metres, with a bench, a table and 2 chairs. On ground floor the terraces open onto the garden, where you can follow the sun all day.

D terrace is 28 square meters facing east, south and west.

E terrace is 16 square meters facing south and west.

Are clean linens and towels included?

Yes. We also provide you with a clean set when you bring the used ones down to reception. This is normally once a week, unless needed more often, with a minimum of 3 nights. Duvets are supplied in colder weather. We do not provide beach towels.

Does my apartment have a sea view?

All the apartments have sea views. The plan of the building is a crescent shape opening towards Torrecilla beach, giving sea views to all terraces and lounges, with kitchens and bathrooms to the back of the building.

Do I have a washing machine?

F, D and E have a washing machine in the apartment. A, B and C have the utility room near reception with three washing machines and iron and board - open daily from 10am until 6pm.

Is there heating / air conditioning in the apartment?

A, B, C and D have electric radiators, and ceiling fans in the lounge.

E and F have air conditioning with heat option.

Is there a bath or a shower in the bathroom?

A, B, C, D and F have a bath with a shower head, except one type A on 1st floor, which has a walk-in shower only.

C has a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, apart from the bathroom.

E has a walk-in shower, but no bath.

What utensils do I have in the kitchen?

Fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and hob, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, teapot, colander, orange squeezer, table cloth, kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid, etc. All apartments have full ovens and vitroceramic hobs.

Is the electricity included in the price?

Prices include all services and utilities.

Is the hot water electric or gas?

There is an electric water heater in every apartment.

What are the beds like?

The bedrooms have very comfortable twin beds, 90cm wide x 2m long, which can be converted into a double on request, becoming 1.8m wide. The double mattress must be requested when making the reservation, as there might be a charge if you request it once the apartment has been prepared for you.

Does the apartment include a hairdryer?

Hairdryers, as well as cots and high chairs are on request and free of charge.

What international channels do you have?

There is a 32” flat screen HD TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, ARTE, (TV5), (ZDF), ARD and BVN. These can change at any time due to reception.

What type of seating is available in the garden?

We have comfortable garden chairs and two large eating benches in the BBQ area. We sometimes have left over beach inflatables, which can be borrowed

Do you have a swimming pool?

No, but our garden opens directly onto Torrecilla beach.

Are there any fully accessible apartments?

No, but they are comfortable for the less mobile. A narrow mobility scooter does access most of an apartment on ground floor. And, although there is no lift, other floors can be reached from the access ramp behind the building (with only 3 steps). We have 3 apartments with walk-in showers, on 1st or 2nd floors.

If I arrive early, can you store my luggage?

You can leave your luggage at reception until the apartment is ready, which we guarantee by 3pm. We can also store it for you if you are leaving on a late flight, as the apartment needs to be vacated by 11am.

If I arrive late, how do I get my key?

We can arrange a late key pick up at the apartments. Please let us know when booking.
