Our Type A apartments
Are perfect for 2-3 people with the added advantage of a sofa bed in the living room. Our type A apartments are located on ground, first and second floor, each with stunning front line sea views over our tropical garden. They are furnished simply and using honest materials, but come fully equipped for short and long stays. 1 bedroom with twin beds (ask if you would prefer a double), kitchen, bathroom, living / dining, with TV, free WiFi.
Please note, our Type A apartments are well insulated, but naturally ventilated, using a natural draw-through of cool air from the shaded rear of the complex. There are also ceiling fans which help move the air on hot summer days.
If you require an air conditioned apartment, our types E & F are the only apartments that offer this. We also operate another complex of apartments opposite ours at fuentesdenerja.com that have air conditioning as standard.
