Can accommodate 4-5 people with the added advantage of a sofa bed in the living room. Our type B aprtments are located on ground, first and second floor, each with stunning front line sea views over our tropical garden. They are furnished simply using honest materials, but come fully equipped for short and long stays. 1 bedroom with twin beds (ask if you would prefer a double), kitchen, bathroom, living / dining room, with TV, and free WiFi
Please note, our type B apartments are well insulated, but naturally ventilated, using a natural drawthrough of cool air from the shaded rear of the complex. There are also ceiling fans which help move the air on hot summer days,
If you require an air conditioned apartment, our type E & F are the only apartments that offer this. We also operate another complex of aprtments opposite at fuentesdenerja.com that have air conditioning as standard.
