Getting here is easy, its the leaving that's difficult!
From the Airport
Our closest airport is Malaga, 70km from Nerja, if you decide to hire a car, please be aware that we only have 12 parking spaces available, on a first come, first served basis.
If you pre-book with our local taxi company they can collect you from the airport for a better price than at the taxi rank

Driving directions from Malaga Airport
As you leave Malaga airport, continue straight over the first roundabout, over the bridge, and the road will bend to the right, joining the N340 motorway.
Stay in the middle lane ready to move to the outside lane ready for the (E15 / A7) Granada / Motril turnoff 2km on.
PLEASE NOTE,
Immediately after the turnoff , ensure that you are in the LEFT lane for Motril, as the road splits immediately into two (the right lane,will take you in the opposite direction)
The road will sweep round to the left, where you'll join the E15/A7, stay on this & keep following the signs for Motril.
Also be aware that the (slower) right hand lane often splits off to turn off the motorway, often without warning.
About 10km further on, on the fast downhill stretch of the motorway, (near the bottom of the hill just before a tunnel) remain in the middle lane to avoid peeling off on the RHS lane (this takes you North become the intersection to Granada).
Keep going for about 40km, on an overpass past Velez Malaga (El Ingenio shopping centre on the right) then through 3 tunnels & take the Nerja turnoff to the right.
From here you can follow the map downhill through the roundabouts, where we are at the bottom of Castilla Perez. Just follow the signs for Playa Torrecilla. We are on the left, immediately after the plaza on the sea front.
