Our Type D Apartments
Can accommodate 1-3 people with the added advantage of a sofa bed in the living room. We have two type D apartments, on first and second floor, both have corner front line sea views and a massive terrace overlooking our tropical garden. It is furnished simply and using honest materials, and is fully equipped for short and long stays. One bedroom with twin beds (ask if you would prefer a double), kitchen, lartge bathrooms, living / dining, with TV, and free WiFi
Please note, our type D apartment are well insulated, but naturally ventilated, using a natural drawthrough of cool air from the shaded rear of the complex. There are also ceiling fans which help move the air on hot summer days,
If you require an air conditioned apartment, our type E & F are the only apartments that offer this. We also operate another complex of aprtments opposite at fuentesdenerja.com that have air conditioning as standard.
